Mahatma Gandhi the leader of the nation, is leading in 20th century great men. His full name was Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi. 

He was born on October 2, 1869 in Porbandar, Gujarat's Porbandar salt spot. His father's name was Karamchand Gandhi and mother's name was Putlibai.

Father Rajkot was associated with princely state and was among the popular people. 

Mother was very straightforward and religious thoughts. He used to perform regular pooja and used special fast even on special occasions. 

All these children had a profound influence on Gandhi's mind and all of this influenced his forthcoming life very well.

Gandhiji's education took place in the local school of Porbandar. In the student life, he was an ordinary talented student of a big ridiculous nature. His health was not very good but he had two major characteristics. 

One, he was a great obedient and serving man of his parents, and secondly, he always spoke the truth.

He introduced both the qualities of his character many times in his teenage life. Both of these qualities saved them equally from evils and made life much further.

At the age of 19, he passed the examination of the intent. After this his name was written at Shyamaldas College of Bhavnagar.

Only then did his father's friends advise him to get legal education by sending him to England. This is what his father liked. In 1891, he returned home after becoming a barrister. 

After getting legal education, they started advocating in Bombay. At the same time, there were two such incidents which led to the slavery of the country playing them uncontrollably.

He resolved to liberate India from this. But, his first work area was Africa. Some Indians of whom sent a call to Gandhiji to debate in relation to his lawsuit. 

Gandhiji accepted the call. He decided to get the comforts of the Indians living in Africa. For this, he found the killer torture right, but finally got success. That is how the self-confident radiation erupted.

His fame spread far and wide.In 1901, when he came from Africa to participate in the Calcutta Congress, then from here he met big politicians of that time. 

When Lokmanya Tilak died in 1920, the political rein of the country came into his hands. And, his leadership continued the fight for independence in the country. On August 15, 1947 AD, it gained independence.

Gandhiji took the country independence Wishing the untouchables and enlightening them with the name of Harijan.
